Prior to starting TME Law, Mr. Trainor spent several years with another Chicago intellectual property boutique as a member of its anti-counterfeiting and online trademark enforcement team. Mr. Trainor has substantial experience in various aspects of trademark, copyright, and design patent litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, preparation of pleadings, settlement negotiation with opposing counsel, and management of the discovery process. Mr. Trainor received a B.S. in Physics from Concordia University and a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Mr. Trainor is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Illinois and in the Northern District of Illinois.

Sydney Fenton joined TME Law in October 2022 after obtaining a J.D. and certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2022. Sydney is an Intellectual Property litigation attorney who focuses on anticounterfeiting and Intellectual Property enforcement, specifically in trademark and copyright law. During law school, Sydney was a Fellow with the Chicago Intellectual Property Colloquium, served as an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, and participated in the Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition.
ALEXANDER WHANG

Mr. Whang is an intellectual property litigation attorney who focuses on anticounterfeiting and intellectual property enforcement, specifically in trademark and copyright law. Mr. Whang obtained a Juris Doctor, along with a certificate in Intellectual Property Law, from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in May 2023. During law school, Alexander served as a patent law clerk at a Chicago law firm. Before law school, Alexander received a B.S. in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Knox College and a Master of Arts in Medical Sciences from Loyola University Chicago.

George C. Sciarrino is an intellectual property attorney and Senior Counsel at TME Law, P.C., with over a decade of experience advising clients in fashion, entertainment, video games, publishing, and the arts. He delivers strategic legal solutions in trademark, copyright, and brand enforcement, drawing on a multidisciplinary background that includes fashion design, theatre, and law. George earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served on Law Review, and holds a B.A. in Theatre with a minor in Writing & Communications from Rollins College. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, as well as in federal courts including the Southern District of New York and the Northern District of Illinois.

ELIZABETH BANEGAS

Ms. Banegas began her career at TME Law as a law clerk and continued as an associate focusing on intellectual property litigation and enforcement. Ms. Banegas received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, with a certificate in intellectual property law. During law school, Ms. Banegas won first place in the IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property writing competition and served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review. Additionally, Ms. Banegas attended Chicago-Kent College of Law on a full-tuition scholarship, was placed on the Dean's list, and received a CALI Excellence Award. Before law school, Ms. Banegas earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Florida State University.
